Shipping Information and Policy
OAOprint ships all products using FedEx, ensuring competitive shipping rates by adhering to FedEx restrictions. Banners over 89" (7'5") on their shortest side are folded and shipped in a square box. Banners 89" (7'5") or smaller on their shortest side are rolled and shipped in standard corrugated boxes. All other OAOprint orders are boxed and shipped according to their size. For special shipping requests, please contact us.
Shipping upgrades or address changes can be made on orders that have not yet reached the "Packing" status. To arrange this, contact a Customer Service Representative immediately to confirm the change. Additional charges apply for upgraded shipping.
FedEx Ground shipments typically take 1-5 business days in transit, depending on the destination. Weekends, holidays, and observance days do not count as transit days. OAOprint is not responsible for delays caused by FedEx exceptions, such as bad weather. If a package arrives late, customers can request a shipping refund review. OAOprint will contact FedEx to check if a reimbursement is possible, though it is not guaranteed.
Pickup service is exclusively available within Georgia. Please note that selecting this option may result in receiving your order 1-2 days later than it would through standard shipping. We encourage customers to consider this potential timeframe when opting for the pickup service to ensure it aligns with their needs.
Return Policy
If you encounter any issue with your order, please report it within 5 business days of delivery. Call us, and a representative will assist you. If we do not hear from you within that time, we will assume your order was correct upon receipt.
Please note the following situations that do not qualify for a refund, return, or reprint:
1. We do not accept returns for refunds, as we are a wholesale manufacturer.
2. Orders refused at delivery or that are undeliverable. (We can reship at your expense if requested).
3. Products lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you. (If returned, we will reship with a corrected address, and additional shipping fees will apply).
4. Delays in production or shipping caused by inaccurate information provided by you.
5. Higher shipping charges due to incorrect information you provided.
6. Delays caused by factors beyond our control, including shipping company delays, weather, acts of God, customs issues, labor disputes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Errors in files uploaded by you, such as misspellings, poor-quality images, incorrect artwork size, or any other file issues that are not our fault.
8. Products with print issues (e.g., fuzzy or pixelated images) resulting from low-quality artwork provided by you.
9. Slight color or ink density variations. We do not guarantee exact color matching.
10. Orders duplicated due to customer error.
11. Cancellations after an order has entered production.
12. Dated materials that arrive after the relevant date, due to insufficient time allowed when placing the order.
13. Any failure on our part to notify you of delays, loss, or damage regarding your order.
14. Orders released by the shipper without a required signature.
